Peoria Public Library - Book Club Kits
Looking to start a book club of your own? If so, check out our Book Club Kits! Each kit contains enough books for 6 readers, a list of suggested questions to start the discussion, and information about the author. From popular and classic titles to graphic novels, our growing collection has the materials to start your own club today!

Checkout Policy
- Items check out for 6 weeks.
- Items need to be checked out and returned to the circulation desk. Please do not use book drops.
- Please return the kit to the same location where it was checked out from.
- Limit of 1 kit per family checked out at a time.
- The person who checked it out must return it.
- Must be an adult (18 +) to check out.
- Please inform library staff of any issues while using the kit.
- Everything must be returned at once. The patron checking out the book club kit cannot return four books and explain that the other two are being dropped off by someone else.
- Any books that are missing or damaged will be charged the replacement cost of the book plus a $10.00 processing fee.
- If the folder or any laminated pages are missing, there will be a $5.00 processing fee for replacement.
Book Club Kit Policy
- This Book Club Kit contains enough books for six readers. If you need more books, please hop on our library website to see what we have in stock. You can also check to see what books are available from our Libby and CloudLibrary digital libraries.
- Do not use the books and supplies for anything other than their intended use.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minor children who are around the kits.
- The library and City of Peoria are not responsible for injuries that result in misusing the Book Club Kits.
