Welcome! Please complete the following online application to get your e-card number now. If you already have a Peoria Public Library card, you do not need an e-card. You already have access to all Peoria Public Library's services.

Peoria, and Maricopa County, residents can get immediate 24/7 access to Peoria Public Library's online services and holdings, including:

eBooks and e-Audiobooks from Greater Phoenix Digital Library and cloudLibrary.

Educational databases with a wide range of categories including automotive, business, literature, testing and career prep and much more!

Upgrade to a full card anytime for full access to Peoria Public Library’s resources. e-cards can only access the library's online resources. If you want a library card with full library privileges, including the ability to check out physical materials, please bring your photo ID and proof of address to either library location.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection act, you must be 13 or older in order to complete this registration. Parents and legal caregivers may complete this request on behalf of their children.
