About the Program
- Obtain a reading log.
- For every book read (repeats count), your child can color in a circle on the reading log.
- You can also count any ‘early learning moments’ like singing a song, doing a fingerplay, or scribbling on a coloring sheet.
- Bring the completed form to the library and earn incentives at 100, 300, 600, and 1,000 books!

Can we really read that many books before kindergarten? Yes! If you read one book a day, you can complete the program within three years.

Can I count the same book more than once? As repetition is important for children, books read more than once count towards the 1,000 book goal.
